You are the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in the Submitted Content, or you have obtained valid and enforceable written permission from the copyright owner to reproduce and modify the Submitted Content for the purpose of this order;

The Submitted Content does not infringe upon or violate any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any third party; and

The Submitted Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to laws regarding the manufacturing of weapons or illegal items.
12. Indemnification (The "Shield" Clause)
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nightwulf llc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. Specifically, if a third party claims that the Submitted Content you provided infringes upon their rights, you agree to be fully responsible for any damages or legal fees incurred by us as a result of that claim.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Refusal of Service & Content Guidelines We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or screen Submitted Content. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to print any Submitted Content that we believe violates these Terms, infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, is offensive, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable or illegal.
If we refuse an order due to a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus any processing fees incurred.
