Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Conditions of Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be packaged securely.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved based on the condition of the item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
